Quiet day

Today has been quite strange in that I have simply relaxed most of the day. We started out with our regular Sunday morning swimming time. But then the boys magically disappeared to friends' homes, and I remained at home alone.

Four hours of blissful quiet to do as I pleased without interruption.

Strange and welcome, especially after the last few weeks, and is probably good prep for the last uphill march to the end of the school year.
