Grade 5 Recognition Ceremony

On May 28, Didzis officially finished 5th grade at Tashkent International School. The school organized a Grade 5 recognition ceremony to symbolize their move to the High School. The students were recognized on the same stage as the seniors were two days before, thus you see the Class of 2010 in the background. This class will be the class of 2017! I was honored to be chosen by the class to give their keynote speech. As someone who has known them in the Elementary, and who now works in the secondary, and whose son is a member of their class, they felt that I would be able to speak to their interests. I will perhaps post my speech in another post later. Here are pictures of Didzis during the ceremony and after.
