Reports
Two weekends in a row of writing report card comments. Today I wonder if the parents will even care how much effort I have put into crafting exactly the right words for each student. Each child is ending up with a whole single spaced comment page. (to be distributed throughout the report) And those are just my comments! The specialist teachers each have to add one in too. It always seems like overkill.
During the process today the boys have been squabbling. Two weekends spent at home due to report writing has not been much fun. Namejs asked why I don't have time to do it at school. I don't know why either, but it just always has been like this.... I have to start planning early as to what we will do next weekend, so it will be a more interesting Saturday and Sunday.
The weather outside is warmer, and the snow is starting to melt. Maybe we will get our water back?
